How fast can you deliver?
Across Uzbekistan. Timing is agreed for your address. Delivery is separate.
Which concentrator do I need: 5, 8 or 10 L?
Your doctor sets the oxygen flow you need (litres per minute). For home use most people are fine with a 5 L concentrator. If a higher flow is prescribed, you'll need an 8 or 10 L machine. Not sure? Message us on Telegram and we'll help.
What documents do I need to rent?
You'll need your passport or ID card details to arrange the rental.
What is the minimum rental period?
From 3 days.
If I return it early, do I get money back?
No. Rent is charged for the agreed period and is not recalculated if you return early. That's why it's important to choose the right period — we'll help.
Can I extend the rental?
Yes. Let us know on Telegram or by phone before the period ends.
Can I buy a concentrator?
Yes, we sell 5, 8 and 10 L concentrators. Ask on Telegram for prices and availability.
